About Tour Package

SPECIAL NOTES FOR SPITI:

• As in winter sometimes roads may not be accessible, at that point of time some sightseeing points not be possible, no refund will be given for the same. 
• In peak winter time attached washrooms not available in Home-stays / Hotels in Spiti, only common washrooms will be possible. 
• Because of extreme weather, may be Running water in washroom not possible, at that time water in bucket system will be given. Limited Hot water will be given in winter. 
• Heating facilities will be provided as per hotel / home stay policies (as power supply not regular-constant in winter time). Though Host will be try for best possible way to warm the room/area.

THE ABOVE PACKAGE COST DOES NOT INCLUDE: -

• GST @ 5%extra.
• Airfare to and from Hometown.
• Monument & Museum Entrance Fees to be paid directly.
• Any kind of personal expenses, extra meals, starters & Drinks (Alcoholic, Mineral, etc)
• Any kind of optional tours
• Tips, Insurance, Laundry, Phone Calls, Guide Fee & Camera Fee
• Services of vehicle on leisure days and after finishing the sightseeing tour
• Adventure activity costs (Pony Ride, Camel Safari, Rafting, paragliding etc)
• Medical & Travel insurance other than included above. 
• Additional Costs due to Flight Cancellations, Road blocks, natural calamities and nature’s fury
• Anything not mentioned under the category “PACKAGE INCLUSIONS”
• Lunch and meals during bus/train journeys.
• Air conditioning (AC) and heaters in vehicles will not operate in hilly regions.

• Tours/Excursions NOT Included (Direct Payment & Subject to Permits) :
• 4x4 jeeps required due to heavy snowfall to reach hotels or sightseeing points.
• Permits for restricted areas wherever applicable (unless mentioned as included).
• Any additional sightseeing or leisure tours not mentioned in the itinerary.
• Railway-Station/Bus Stand to and from Home / Reporting Point Transportation. 

• Activities & Entrance Fees :
• Adventure activities such as paragliding, rafting, pony/camel rides, zipline, etc.
• Entry tickets for monasteries, monuments, or museums.
• Any excursions or services not mentioned in the itinerary.

• Accommodation & Travel Conditions :
• Early check-in and late check-out at hotels (Standard check-in:  14:00 hrs & check-out: 10:00 hrs as per hotel policy).
• Any upgrades in airline class, hotel room category, or transport arrangements.
• Cost of insurance– medical, travel, or accidental.
• Room heater charges, if applicable.
• Additional nights or services not mentioned in the itinerary.

• Personal & Miscellaneous :
• Personal expenses such as tips, porter, laundry, telephone, room service, alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages.
• Camera/video charges at sightseeing points.
• Any services or activity charges other than those specifically included in the itinerary.
• Security deposit for bikes (refundable at end of the tour).
• Damage or repair cost for bikes/vehicles due to mishandling.
•  
• Unforeseen / Force Majeure :
• Additional costs due to flight delays/cancellations, roadblocks,
• landslides, natural calamities, route/date changes, or any unavoidable situation.
• Any missed tours/services due to late arrival, bad weather, or road  closures– no refund or alternate services will be provided.
• Nature-related disruptions (like landslides or snowfall) are beyond control.

BOOKING POLICY

• For Booking 50% of Total Amount – Out of which Rs. 500 per person is non refundable for office use. 
• Balance amount before 20 Days of Travelling. 

• If booking is made within 20 days date of travel, 100% amount required for confirmation.

  WE ARE STRICLY NOT ENTERTAIN ANY CREDIT POLICY.

CANCELLATION  POLICY

• We understand travel comes with its own surprises. To maintain fairness and transparency for everyone in the group :
• Advance payments are non-transferable, and non exchangeable. Please confirm your booking only after discussing with your friends or family members who will be joining the trip.
• Once a receipt is generated, cancellations will be subject to our official Cancellation Policy.
• You are booking the entire package with us. Please do not send separate calculations for train tickets, hotels, or vehicles. As per our terms, we are not liable to refund the advance amount.
• No refunds will be provided for any unused services, including accommodation, missed meals, transportation, sightseeing, or any other inclusions. Unused services are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
• If weather or external conditions (like snowfall or delays) impact the itinerary, we will do our best to manage it responsibly, but  refunds cannot be provided.
• Refund / Cancellation of Train / Flight will be as per rules of Railway / Airline, we are not responsible for the same. 
• Amount to be charged as cancellation :
• Amount of Rs. 500 per person and GST amount will be non refundable. 
• Cancellation before 21 days –500 per person charged as office expense. 
• Cancellation between 11 to 20 days – 50% of Tour Cost charged as Cancellation. 
• Cancellation within 10 days from Tour date – 100% of Tour cost charged (No refund given)
• GST on the tour cost will be non refundable and will be not consider in tour cost. 
• Written cancellation will be accepted on working days (only). Any cancellation sent on a Sunday or any National Holiday(s), will be considered on the next official working day.
• In the event of any cancellation(s) or changes in itinerary by guest after trip commencement, there will be no refunds will be given for given package and additional costs incurred due to this cancellation / changes will be borne by the guest..
• In Situation which are not in our control like Natural Cause OR Strike OR War OR Political situation OR Any other such situation, Operator has right to postpone / cancelled the tour. In such scenario no claim for flight / railway / other transport refund will be accepted.

IMPORTANT NOTE :   

• Confirmation consider only after receiving booking amount. Rate may be change without prior notice if change in govt/hotelier/transport/bike rental policy.
  • Additional costs occur for any additional stay OR Transportation due to road blocks or Natural Cause OR Govt Restriction OR other reasons. Members have to pay the additional expense in this situations before checkout.

OTHER TERMS & CONDITION:

1. We shall not bear any cost for flight cancellation or delay due to Bad weather or any other reason given by the airline. Cost for accommodation and transport in such cases will have to be borne by passenger by at own.
2. There would be no refund for the road blocks due to natural calamity/any other reason. The alternate accommodation Cost at particular destination due to the same shall be borne passenger directly.
3. No Refund or Compensation for any unused services or transport in any kind of circumstance.
4. No refund in case of No Show.
5. No changes in the date of travel once booked.
6. Room allotment will be as per availability at the time of check in, floor or view preferences are not guaranteed.
7. Child up to 5 Yrs of age will be complimentary accommodate with parents but has to pay food and transport charges of Rs. 10,000 per child. 

NOTE

1. This is a Fixed Departure Tour. No changes are allowed in the schedule, hotels, or vehicles under any circumstances. All arrangements are pre-fixed to ensure a smooth and organized travel experience.
2. Vehicles provided will operate strictly as per the itinerary. They will not be available for additional or personal use. For market visits or other unscheduled activities, participant must hire local cabs at their own expense.
3. Air Conditioning (AC) and Heaters are generally non-operational in hilly regions due to climatic and mechanical limitations. They may be arranged on a chargeable basis if specifically requested and subject to availability.
4. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure (e.g., roadblocks, landslides, snowfall, flight/train delays or cancellations, route or date changes, or government-imposed restrictions), any additional costs for alternative arrangements, extra transportation, or extended stays will be borne by the Participant. These must be cleared before checkout or continuation of the journey.
5. Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment. Rates are subject to change without prior notice in case of revisions in government policies, hotel tariffs, transport rates, or vendor changes. Rooms are provided on Quad/triple sharing based on the package.
6. Hot water, electricity, and mobile network may be limited in some locations due to high-altitude terrain.
7. Heater and electricity backup may not be available in remote locations– pack accordingly. Hotel / Home-stay will best to keep you warm with available sources. 
8. Group Size: Minimum Group Size will be 10 person. If minimum group size not enroll for particular date, operator has right to change the dates or cancelled the group. OR Particpant have to pay additional supplement cost for the transport cost. 

 Types of Accommodation Included : 

• Hotels & Guesthouses : 

  In places like Shimla, Sarahan, Kalpa, and  you will be accommodated in neat and comfortable hotels or guesthouses, equipped with essential amenities.

  • Homestays : 

  In select villages such as Tabo or Kaza, enjoy warm hospitality at local homestays that offer a glimpse into Spitian culture, local food, and lifestyle. These are clean and cozy, with basic comforts.

Spiti Valley Fixed Departure– Read Before You Travel

We want every journey to be joyful, safe, and memorable. The guidelines below help us create a smooth experience for all. Please read carefully and travel with an open heart and responsible spirit.

Nature of the Trip

• This is a Backpacking and adventure experience, not a luxury or leisure tour.
• Facilities provided will be basic and as per the itinerary — nothing extra, and nothing less.

Unpredictable Situations

• All services including the itinerary, accommodations, and transport are subject to change due to:– Natural calamities (e.g., landslides, snowfall, floods, or roadblocks) – Weather changes, vehicle breakdowns – Permit delays or denials – Government-imposed restrictions (e.g., COVID-19, military orders)
• In such cases, the operator will prioritize safety and practicality, even if prior notice is not possible.
• Alternate routes or 4x4 vehicles, if required, must be arranged at the participant’s cost.
• In case of roadblocks, natural calamities, weather conditions, or any other situations beyond our control, any additional vehicle cost, accommodation, or alternate transportation required will be borne by the participants on a sharing basis. 

Refund &Flexibility Policy

• If a participant decides to leave the trip at any point, no refund will be applicable.
• In case of heavy snowfall or safety concerns, certain sightseeing activities may be cancelled.
• If required, 4x4 vehicles for alternate routes will be at participant's own cost.
• No refunds will be provided for missed meals, sightseeing, or delays caused by weather, roadblocks, or traffic conditions.  Extended Stay Due to Roadblocks or Landslides
• In the event of road closures, landslides, or other natural delays, an extended stay may become necessary.– Participants may need to pay at actual cost on the spot (on a sharing basis) or arrange their own accommodation.  Any alternate transportation required due to such conditions will also be chargeable at actual cost on a sharing basis.

 Code of Conduct

• All participants are expected to follow instructions from guides, volunteers, or instructors/operators.
• A respectful, team-spirited attitude is appreciated.
• Any form of misbehavior or rude conduct may result in removal from the tour, and no refund will be provided.

Meals :

• Meals will be served on a buffet system at the hotel/camp, as per the hotel's standard menu and kitchen timings.
• The menu will be decided by the hotel based on availability of ingredients and logistics.
• Missed meals will not be compensated under any circumstances.

Travel & Group Regulations : 

• Participants are not allowed to leave the tour midway without the camp manager’s permission.
• Please take care of your belongings — Operator is not responsible for lost luggage or valuables.
• Any damage to rooms, camps, or vehicles will be chargeable to the participant responsible.
